On Tuesday May 27, 2008, The Parents' Committee served Manakish (Thin dough and Thyme mix) the Lebanese traditional way. This is only one of the wonderful canteen surprises.The school's canteen is run by the Parents' Committee, with commitmet to healthy, clean & afordable food.
